- Hot water to 100°C
- Add 2 tablespoons of ground coffee
- Drop the filter press on top of the coffee
- Pour 20ml of water to bloom for 30-40 seconds
- Then fill water to the top of the phin (total of 100ml)

- 1 A fire or stovetop
- 4 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of ground coffee beans (good coffee beans ground)
